"Eye of the Tiger"

A Swap from back in 2008 with the Online Yahoo WASIQ (Washington State Internet Quilters)Group that I hosted from June to September.  Many of the 4-patches are in here, I had to make a few to fill in the colors in the corners.  This quilt will go to my Son when it is finished.  I'm calling it "Eye of the Tiger" because there is a 4-patch with a Face of a Tiger in the lower left corner.  The background fabric is KONA White. So many of my quilts go to Charity and Customers, it is nice to finish a UFO of my own once in a while. Today, the Center is finally together and I am auditioning for the borders. Please choose from one of the 3 fabrics pictured below.
1- Green
2- Red/Black Stripe
3- Green/Gold stripe

This is my first time to link up with Judy Laquidara's "Patchwork Times" Design Wall Monday Post.  Please Click HERE to see more Design Walls.  Please leave a comment and Vote for the Border you think is best.

  1. I like the two striped ones. I think I like the green/gold stripe a little better because it brings out those colors in the quilt.
    Looks like a fun quilt!

  2. I lean toward the green. There is plenty of movement in the quilt center! love all the colors. I'm doing a postage stamp as a leaders and enders. It is slow going! Its going to be mine due to all the leftovers from my youngest son's shorts. Too many memories to be given away!
